The Challenge

Stiftung BPN wanted a third testimonial from Kyrgyzstan that shows impact beyond one person—how BPN coaching can reshape leadership decisions and open doors for others. This story focused on Natalia, who was given the opportunity to become a school principal despite coming from a different professional background. The core message had to be clear and credible: because her boss had been trained through the BPN program, he recognized potential, created trust, and enabled a leadership transition that might not have happened otherwise—and Natalia now leads with the same principles.

Our Approach

We built the narrative around “opportunity through better leadership.” Instead of only highlighting Natalia’s success, we connected the dots to the upstream change: a manager applying BPN principles in real decisions—spotting talent, mentoring, and creating new pathways.
Visually and editorially, we approached it as a grounded character portrait—focusing on real school context, daily leadership moments, and the human side of responsibility. The film emphasizes continuity: the training doesn’t end with one leader; it becomes a culture that gets passed on.
