STIFTUNG BPN
The Challenge
Stiftung BPN needed a second Kyrgyzstan testimonial that proves measurable career impact—again from the employee layer, not the leadership spotlight. This story followed Ulan, a CFO in a large-scale bakery whose performance stood out so strongly that he was offered the opportunity to lead a brand-new franchise branch in another city. The film had to make the program’s value tangible: coaching that translates into real responsibility, trust, and upward mobility—while staying authentic to the everyday reality of work on the ground.
Our Approach
We framed the story as a progression of competence to opportunity. By grounding the narrative in the bakery environment—scale, rhythm, teams, and operational complexity—we could show what “performance” actually means in context.
As with the other BPN testimonial, we kept the focus on the ripple effect across the organization: how strengthened financial leadership and clearer structures support the wider team, not just the individual. The result is a human, credible portrait that connects personal growth to business-level outcomes.
