STIFTUNG BPN

The Challenge

Stiftung BPN needed a testimonial film from their program in Kyrgyzstan that shows impact where it truly lands: inside the day-to-day reality of employees—not only at leadership level. The goal was to tell a human story that makes the value of coaching tangible and relatable, through Zhyldyz, who works in a clothing manufacturing business. The piece had to clearly communicate how coaching doesn’t stop with management decisions, but translates into healthier processes, stronger teams, and real change on the shop floor.

Our Approach

We shifted the perspective intentionally: instead of centering leadership statements, we built the narrative around people, work, and visible transformation. By spending time in the production environment and focusing on employee interactions, routines, and atmosphere, we could show how new structures and mindsets filter down through the organization.
The testimonial was shaped as a grounded character portrait of Zhyldyz—connecting her personal experience to the wider ripple effect inside the company, and making the coaching impact feel concrete rather than abstract.
