The Challenge
The Chedi Andermatt wanted premium stills and film content that speaks directly to one of their key audiences: couples. The story needed to capture the full experience—architectural elegance in the hallways, deep relaxation in the spa, shared movement through activities like couples yoga, and the breathtaking nature surrounding Andermatt—while staying authentic to the hotel’s calm, exclusive atmosphere. At the same time, production had to remain discreet and guest-friendly, with content versatile enough for both organic channels and paid campaigns.
Our Approach
We entered with a lean, highly experienced crew built for efficiency and sensitivity in a luxury environment. The focus was simple: move quietly, blend in, and work fast—so the hotel experience stayed uninterrupted.
Creatively, we designed a couple-centric narrative that flows through the guest journey: arrival into cinematic interiors, slow-paced spa moments, shared wellness and activity, and finally the open-air escape into the surrounding landscape. This structure gave The Chedi Andermatt a cohesive brand story, while still allowing us to produce modular assets that perform across different platforms and placements.
