Challenge
Randstad wanted to spotlight specific roles they were actively hiring for and elevate them through a premium campaign. For the featured factory worker position, the goal was to shift perception beyond “just a job” and instead attract the right personalities — built around the slogan “Risktaker”, highlighting the importance of teamwork, reliability, and attitude on the floor.
Approach
We developed a high-end visual concept that portrayed the role with dignity, energy, and cinematic quality. The focus was on authentic moments of collaboration and strength in numbers — showing the worker as part of a team, not a background character. Every frame was designed to work across large-format placements and fast-moving digital environments, while maintaining a consistent, premium look.
