The Challenge
The Chedi Andermatt needed a campaign that speaks to multi-generational travel: a family with kids and their grandparents—showing how the hotel becomes the basecamp for meaningful time together. The story had to feel warm, real, and aspirational, while highlighting outdoor experiences in the region: hiking, biking, an outdoor mountain dinner as an add-on package, and a visit to a local goat farm. As with all luxury hospitality productions, the content had to be captured discreetly and delivered in formats suitable for both organic channels and paid promotion.
Our Approach
We crafted a narrative around togetherness across generations—moments of movement, discovery, and calm that feel naturally shared. The creative focus was on genuine interactions: small hands holding bigger hands on a trail, laughter on bikes, quiet awe in the mountains, and the simple joy of meeting animals at the farm.
Visually, we balanced the epic scale of the landscape with intimate family detail, keeping the pacing light and uplifting while still aligned to The Chedi Andermatt’s premium tone. Operationally, we again worked with a lean, experienced team—moving efficiently, staying subtle, and protecting the guest experience while capturing a wide range of activities.
